Information and directions for using this system

• To access the FAIS online license application system click on the online application link.
• Note that you may exit the application at any time and continue at a later stage by clicking on the         ‘update pending application’ button.
• For a new license application, click on the ‘create a new application’ button.
• Where you are continuing with an application that you have previously saved, click on the “update pending application”.
• You will receive a reference number via e-mail which you must use as your payment reference when paying the licensing fee.
• Kindly ensure that all the relevant fields and forms displayed  are completed in full.
• Once the forms are completed, you will need to upload the relevant attachments.
• It is compulsory to upload the proof of payment as an attachment
• You will only be able to submit the license application once the application has been validated and any validation errors have been fixed.
• Click on the submit button to ensure that the application is submitted to the Registration Department.
• You will receive an automated notification that the application has been submitted successfully.
