Diane is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, during her 39 year career she has been an executive chairperson of the National Consumer Tribunal, acted as Divisional Manager: Enforcement and Exemptions Division of the Competition Commission South Africa (CCSA), Chief Executive Officer: Consumer Institute South Africa (CISA) and acted as an attorney for several firms including her own.
