Magauta currently serves as the Executive Director at the South African Credit and Risk Reporting Association (SACRRA). Prior to joining SACRRA, she was the Ombudsman at the Consumer Goods & Services Ombudsman (CGSO). She was recently appointed to the Board of the National Financial Ombud Scheme.
