The FSCA may as part of its ongoing responsibility of supervising financial institutions’ compliance with financial sector laws, take appropriate remedial and enforcement action where a financial institution has failed to comply with the law. The actions include, where appropriate, applying to Court to place an institution under curatorship or imposing an administrative penalty. Persons aggrieved by decisions may apply to the Tribunal for a reconsideration of the decision.
