The FSCA’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) Phokeng Mogase, is a seasoned IT professional with over 18 years’ experience in the ICT industry spanning across both public and private sectors. She was previously the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Cross-Border Road Transport Agency, an Agency of the Department of Transport and served as a member of the Executive Committee. She headed the Software Development and Maintenance portfolio at the State Information Technology Agency with repeated success in leading the development and support of customer mission critical systems. She was the Divisional Director for Datacentrix’s Solutions Business where she was also a member of the Operational EXCO. Phokeng has also held various key roles in SITA, EDS and CSIR.​​ ​​
