As the Executive responsible for the Corporate Services division, Jabulane Hlalethoa is responsible for the HR; Communications and Language Services; and Facilities functions. Since joining the regulator, he has been recognised as a top 3 finalist in the Reward Strategist category by the South African Reward Association (2007) and has been responsible for leading and supporting the growth and transformation of the organisation, in particular its transition into a dedicated conduct regulator. Prior to joining the FSB in 2004 as the Head of Human Resources, Jabulane was with Deloitte’s human capital corporation where he was responsible for business development and the management of the public sector office.
