Retirement Fund - Exemptions

  • Exemptions – Sections 7B and 13B(4) of the PFA.
  • Extension – extension to submit outside the prescribed periods in terms of section 31(1) and (2) of the PFA and Condition 11 of Board Notice 24 of 2002.
  • Application in terms of Regulation 37(3) for exemption from Regulation 37(2)(g) of the Regulations under the Pension Funds Act, 1956 insofar as it relates to hybrid annuities.
